By accessing or using TradeDoctor, operated by Conductive Web LLC("TradeDoctor," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

2. Description of Service

TradeDoctor provides a document vault, credential tracking, and expiration notification platform for licensed contractors and tradespeople. The service allows you to store document information, monitor expiration dates, create public verification packets, and receive automated reminders. We do not provide legal, regulatory, or formal compliance advisory services.

3. No Legal Advice

The information provided by TradeDoctor is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Requirements data may be incomplete or subject to statutory updates. You are solely responsible for ensuring your business meets all local, state, and federal legal obligations.

4. SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

TradeDoctor offers an automated SMS notification service operated by Conductive Web LLC. By providing your mobile phone number in your account settings and enabling SMS alerts, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program Description: TradeDoctor sends automated transactional text alerts to registered account holders notifying them of upcoming expirations for contractor licenses, surety bonds, and insurance certificates (e.g., at 30, 7, and 0 days remaining). Account owners may also trigger single-use digital credential pass links to their field crew members.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the number of uploaded credentials and your approaching expiration dates.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. TradeDoctor does not charge an additional fee for SMS delivery.
  • Cancellation & Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received the message, or toggle off SMS alerts in your TradeDoctor Account Settings. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation text verifying your unsubscription.
  • Help & Support: If you experience any issues with the SMS service, text HELP to the number, or contact our support team at office@conductiveweb.com.
  • Carrier Disclaimer:Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: We respect your privacy. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription, Payments & Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan tier (Solo, Crew, or Pro Team). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing Settings. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your current billing period.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time directly within your settings page.
